Life Without Phones

Sometimes I wonder what this world would be like without phones…

Would people…

Dance together again, instead of for views.

Say hello when crossing paths, instead of endlessly scrolling to hide from a smile.

Go up and talk to someone who catches their eye, instead of waiting for a swipe to get approval.

I’m not sure what it would be like, but I’m forever grateful to my relationship coach, Andre Paradis, for challenging me to try to stay away from looking at my phone in public settings…

Similar to most of you, this is not something I hadn’t heard before, but when he explained it in depth. I realized I was often using it while walking in streets, airports, and other public settings.

I’m not perfect at this, but since having this on my mind, I’ve been amazed at what a beautiful world this is away from the phone.
